At Mornington Blinds, we take pride in the quality and durability of our curtains, and blinds. We understand that purchasing blinds is an investment in your home or office, which is why we stand behind our products with a comprehensive 5 Year Warranty. Our warranty coverage is designed to provide you with peace of mind and assurance that your blinds are built to last.

At Mornington Blinds, we are committed to providing you with high quality blinds.
1. Our Warranty
Mornington Blinds will provide the original purchaser a limited warranty on our products and where applicable installation service supplied by Mornington Blinds to be free of manufacturing and (where applicable) installation faults for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery or (where applicable)installation by Mornington Blinds.
The warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser only and only applies to custom made products in the original windows for which the product was ordered and intended.

2. Not Covered
The warranty does not cover;
- Claims made by anyone but the original purchaser of the product.
- Claims made on a product that were not paid in full as per the invoice.
- Any goods supplied or installation service performed by Mornington Blinds with damage caused by accidents or misuse, abuse, alterations, mis-application, improper handling, improper cleaning, improper operation and normal wear and tear, fabric fray from prolonged use, exposure to salt air, corrosives, damage from insects, animals and pets, wind damage, or colour change caused by solar or other heat sources.
- Damage, wear and tear or altered operation caused by the movement of the surrounding structure or premises.
- Algae & fungal growth caused by a build up of dirt, grime, leaves or bird matter.
- Damage or faults caused due to wind or rain through the window, door or any penetration or through cross breezes, airconditioning or heating turbulance.
- Damage caused by the removal of goods or(and) re-installation of goods by someone other than a qualified Mornington Blinds installer.

3. Warranty 1st Year And Subsequent 4 Years
During the first year of warranty period, Mornington Blinds agrees to repair or (at its option) to replace any defective goods or parts and (where applicable) to resupply any installation services supplied by Mornington Blinds (excluding the cost of height access equipment e.g lifts, scaffolding ladders etc or any hire equipment needed to install or repair goods) that is defective free of charge.(with the exception of what is NOT COVERED under our warranty conditions).
In the event or a claim being made for a service call not covered by the warranty, a minimum call out charge of $220.00 (Gst Inc.) shall be paid by the customer, the and cost of parts or replacement costs may be charged.
During the subsequent 4 Years of the warranty period, Mornington Blinds agrees to repair or(at its option) replace any defective goods, provided that the customer shall pay Mornington Blinds our minimum call out charge of $220 (Gst Inc.) which covers up to the first hour on site and a subsequent $88.00 (Gst Inc.) for each hour after the first hour of service. The customer will also be required to cover the cost of collection and delivery of all goods.

4 How To Make A Claim

Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number, Description of the problem and condition under which the problem occurred.
We will assess and process your claim. Please note any costs that may be payable by you must be paid prior to Mornington Blinds actioning the claim.

5. Consumer Guarantees
PLEASE NOTE THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY CONSUMER GUARANTEE CLAIMS THAT YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO MAKE.
